Pets
$30 Non-refundable Pet Fee Is Required ($5 additional fee per pet)
per cabin. All pets must have current vaccinations and tags. Pets must be
well mannered and sociable. Owner must keep pet on a leash at all times
when outside. All pets are to be kenneled if left alone in cabin. While you
are away enjoying your vacation, there is no need to worry about your pet
if they can’t join you; we provide a check-up (feed/water) and/or walk
service (rates vary) for your pet/s if they are left for any length of time.
Need an adult evening out or some private time with your loved one or
even need a little brake from the kids…we can provide a sitter to entertain
them while you are away. We can also visit with the elderly. (Rates vary)
Rental rates are subject to change; call for current prices.
All rentals under 90 days require an accommodation tax to be charged in
addition to current taxes. Total tax of 10% will be added to all reservations.
We have found it necessary to have a credit card or debit card number on
file for damage or theft purposes. If payment is made by any other means,
then we must have a $100 deposit. The deposit will be returned within 14
business days after departure if cabin is left in favorable condition.
Our cabin cancellation policy requires at least a 30 day notice prior to date
of arrival for return of deposit (minus a $50 cancellation fee). If reserved
dates are less than 30 days from time of date the reservation is made a
$50 cancellation fee plus one night's rate of cabin will be applied. We can,
for a fee of $25, change the reservation dates and apply the full deposit to
that reservation (based on availability).
We are unable to refund early departure, due to availability and
reservation dates.
